Our continued support for customers during the downturn has helped us top the polls for the sixth year running at the FDs' Excellence Awards 2010 where we were awarded ‘Bank of the Year'.
Bank of the Year 2010

Held in association with ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales) and supported by the CBI and Real Business, the Bank of the Year Award recognises the commitment Lloyds TSB has given small business and corporate customers over the past year.

The annual awards are based on a survey of hundred's of the UK's finance directors and is the largest independent survey of its kind, looking into the services provided by auditors, law firms, banks and technology companies.

"Businesses of all shapes and sizes have faced immense challenges in this extremely difficult economic climate and will continue to do so, even as the recovery gains momentum. It is during times like these that businesses must be able to rely on their bank, not just as a provider of finance, but as a source of broader advice and support.”
