Canadian Regulation Change – International Payments

Following a change in the Canadian Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act, from 23 June 2009, all payments sent to Canada must include the following beneficiary information:

To ensure that you comply with the above legislation, we recommend that you update your templates and library details with immediate effect.
